About the role

Cintra is looking for a Digital Marketing & Account Executive to manage paid media campaigns while serving as the main day-to-day contact for assigned clients. This hybrid role combines hands-on campaign management with client servicing. You will be responsible for delivering measurable campaign results, maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating work across internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and other relevant platforms.
• Manage campaigns for client accounts and Cintra Marketing's own marketing activities.
• Set up campaign structures, audiences, bidding strategies, budgets and technical back-end requirements according to platform best practices.
• Review campaign delivery and tracking accuracy before scaling advertising spend.
• Write and coordinate ad copy, and brief or assemble suitable static, video and carousel creatives.
• Monitor campaign performance regularly and optimise bids, budgets, audiences, placements and creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign results over time.
• Manage budget pacing to prevent over-spending or under-spending against agreed monthly budgets.
• Serve as the main day-to-day contact for assigned clients and build trusted professional client relationships.
• Coordinate campaign and account deliverables across internal teams, freelancers and external partners.

About you

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Relevant experience in performance marketing, digital advertising or client account management.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with campaign tracking, analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to interpret performance data and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence in managing client relationships and difficult conversations.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines and priorities independently.
• Organised, detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential issues.
• Strong sense of accountability for both campaign performance and client satisfaction.
