Restaurant Crew (Kru Restoran)

Restoran Aqiza Nilai is looking for Restaurant Crew members to support daily customer service and restaurant operations.

• Salary: From RM1,700++ per month
• Location: Nilai Impian, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
• Working Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm / 12:00pm-9:00pm
• Employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Staff Meal: Provided

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist with seating where required
• Take customer orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks to customers
• Clear and clean tables after customers finish eating
• Keep the dining area clean, organised and ready for service
• Refill cutlery, tissue, condiments and other dining supplies
• Assist with packing takeaway orders
• Support the cashier or other restaurant staff when required
• Assist with general restaurant opening and closing duties
• Help maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• Work together with kitchen, beverage and other restaurant staff
• Follow food safety, hygiene and restaurant operating procedures

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Fresh applicants are welcome to apply
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia
• Friendly and comfortable dealing with customers
• Responsible, punctual and reliable
• Able to work efficiently during busy periods
• Able to stand and move around for extended periods
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Malaysia
• Malaysian citizens are encouraged to apply
• Candidates who can start soon are preferred
