Full Time System Analyst (Salesforce) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,000 in RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and translate business needs into functional and technical solution requirements within the Salesforce platform.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and end users to understand business processes, identify pain points, and recommend appropriate system solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution assessment and implementation planning for Salesforce-based business initiatives.
• Evaluate existing Salesforce processes and configurations and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and system optimisation.
• Design solution approaches that integrate Salesforce with existing enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Work closely with CRM, Digital Centre of Excellence and backend technology teams to define integration requirements, data flows and solution interfaces.
• Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, process flows and implementation documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams during solution implementation to ensure that requirements and agreed solution designs are correctly delivered.
• Review proposed configurations and technical solutions against business requirements and expected user outcomes.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing, defect analysis and resolution activities.
• Analyse implementation issues and coordinate with relevant technical teams to determine appropriate resolutions.
• Support deployment planning, release coordination and post-implementation review.
• Provide guidance to business users on Salesforce functionality, processes and system capabilities.
• Manage multiple initiatives involving different stakeholders and communicate project status, risks, issues and dependencies proactively.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Salesforce capabilities, workflow automation and system integration.
• Perform ad hoc business, system and process analysis as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field is preferred.
•  3+years previous experience with Salesforce
• Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce architecture and API.
• Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers.
• Demonstrative success with multiple Salesforce migration/integration projects.
• Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both customers, leadership, and technical teams.
