Conversant in :

• Knowledge of SAP PM / SAPMM systems
• Understanding maintenance processes (preventive & corrective)
• Familiarity with materials, tools, and equipment used in plant maintenance

Material & Supply Chain Management :

• Ability to plan, request, and track materials
• Understanding procurement processes and vendor coordination
• Skills in inventory control, surplus handling, and material readiness

Coordination & Communication :

• Strong ability to coordinate with: Maintenance team / Planner / Operations / Procurement & vendors
• Acts as central focal point for material readiness

Monitoring & Tracking :

• Competent in tracking material status and delivery
• Ability to manage material delays and performance reporting
• Experience in data entry and updates in system (e.g., MRDY status)

Problem Solving & Work Execution Support :

• Ability to resolve material issues quickly to avoid job delays
• Supports maintenance execution through timely material availability

Compliance & Process Discipline :

• Adherence to material management procedures and policies
• Awareness of approved supplier lists and procurement governance

Requirement :

• Plan, coordinate and supervise onsite materials management activities including ensuring material availability, accuracy of material data/record, preservation of resources, proper surplus/scrap management and material disposal to meet project
