Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in supervising daily construction activities on site.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations.
Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet quality standards
Identify, report, and rectify non-conformance issues promptly.
Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures on site.
Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
Participate in toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and site safety inspections.
Report safety incidents and assist in corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline
