Job Scope：

• Responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
• Prepare method statement, shop drawings, installation / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
• Assist the Project Manager on all M&E matters.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work complies with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with other trades (e.g., civil, structural) to avoid clashes and ensure smooth project execution

Education and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree: In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,300.00 per month
