About the Role
If you enjoy turning plans into action, solving problems on the go and seeing an event come to life from an empty hall to show day, this could be for you.
As a Project Executive / Senior Project Executive, you will work alongside experienced Project Leads to manage conferences, exhibitions and business events across the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and registration through to onsite delivery and post-event review.
This is a hands-on project management role where you will take ownership of assigned workstreams, work directly with clients, partners and vendors, and progressively manage larger and more complex projects.
Expect variety, a fast-moving environment and the satisfaction of seeing months of planning come together on show day.
What the Role Involves
Support the end-to-end management and delivery of conferences, exhibitions and business events.
Translate project briefs into clear timelines, priorities, deliverables and action plans.
Coordinate across key stages of the event lifecycle, including pre-event planning, registration, stakeholder management, onsite delivery and project close-out.
Work closely with clients, internal teams, venues, vendors and partners to keep projects on schedule and requirements on track.
Monitor project timelines, budgets and deliverables, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively.
Develop a strong understanding of both the operational and commercial considerations behind successful events.
Take increasing ownership of project workstreams and, at Senior Executive level, independently manage selected projects or major components of larger events.
Participate in post-event reviews and apply lessons learnt to improve future project delivery.

What We’re Looking For
Project Executive
Around
1–3 years of relevant experience
in conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, project coordination or related fields.
Fresh graduates with strong event internships or relevant hands-on experience may also be considered.
Senior Project Executive
Around
3–5 years of relevant event or project management experience
.
Able to independently manage project workstreams or smaller-scale projects.
Comfortable working directly with clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
For Both Levels
Strong organisational, coordination and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, resourceful and able to solve problems calmly and practically.
A strong team player who is comfortable working with clients, partners, vendors and cross-functional teams.
Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is an advantage.
Familiarity with event management or registration platforms is an advantage.
Comfortable using digital workplace tools; familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity and project delivery is a plus.
Willing to work flexible hours during event periods and travel occasionally when projects require it.
