OVERVIEW

• Lead and govern enterprise ERP and application support operations across business units to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing application services.
• Spearhead the design and full-scale implementation of enterprise ERP solutions across business units, delivering highly scalable and process-aligned application capabilities.
• Steer all ERP-related stakeholder engagements as the primary executive contact, actively managing expectations and defining strategic project direction for 50+ key users.
• Direct comprehensive business process re-engineering (BPR) initiatives, leveraging ERP systems to boost operational efficiency and streamline service delivery.
• Execute rigorous cross-functional requirement analysis and validate detailed functional specifications, aligning system architecture directly with core business needs.
• Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple concurrent ERP initiatives, maximizing team utilization and maintaining a perfectly balanced workload distribution.
• Mitigate critical project risks through structured assessment and proactive contingency planning, completely safeguarding project objectives and strict delivery timelines.
• Publish comprehensive project performance metrics and KPIs to C-level stakeholders, delivering absolute transparency and data-driven oversight for multi-phase rollouts.
• Govern post-go-live ERP operations and continuous improvement initiatives, sustaining 99.9% service availability, strict compliance, and peak enterprise-level performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise application support or ERP implementation, with proven experience supervising application teams and managing ERP projects.
• Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) or Business Central (D365BC), including module configuration and cross-functional integration.
