Job Summary

• Perform outgoing calls to potential customers to conduct surveys according to project requirements, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service.
• 3 days work from 9am to 6pm (Monday, Tuesday & Friday)
• Hourly rate between $15 to $17

Responsibilities

• Conduct outgoing calls to potential customers to complete surveys aligned with project goals
• Communicate clearly and professionally to gather accurate survey data
• Deliver excellent customer service during all interactions to maintain positive engagement
• Apply telemarketing experience to manage call flow and handle customer responses effectively
• Adapt quickly to project changes and commence work on short notice
• Use English proficiently to communicate survey questions and record responses accurately
• Utilize additional language skills to enhance communication with diverse customer groups

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum N/O/A, ITE, or Diploma in any field with at least 2 years of telemarketing experience
• Experience working in telemarketing or call center environments
• Ability to speak additional languages beyond English is an advantage
