Full Time M-E SUPERVISOR FOR INTERIOR FIT-OUT Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Pembinaan Shinrai Federal Territory - Maukerja

1. Read and understand tender / construction drawings including details drawings, blow up, section, elevations drawings etc

2. Based on above drawings identify problems and discrepancies with site conditions

3. Read and understand the Bill of Quantities attached with the relevant drawings of a particular project.

4.To carry out supervisory roles in day-to-day site activities including taking care of workers and coordinating with client’s supervisory staff to manage inspections, etc.

5.Ensure that all construction & M&E work is carried out or constructed according to the approved plans and design.

6.Ensure all works are carried out within time schedule, follow the safety protocols, and maintain the required quality.

7.Ensure proper preparation of work areas for subcontractors to carry out their works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.

8.Keep daily site records of manpower, materials usage, and works status.

9.Attends all necessary M&E work progress meetings, internal meetings as & when required.

10. Report and escalate to management as needed

11. Travel and supervise multiple sites during the course of a day

12. Motivate and assist with contractors to be attentive and full participation towards deliverance of project

13. Monitor compliance with business policies and internal control documentation

14. Supervise contractors by selecting and evaluating them as well as monitoring and controlling their performance

15. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems

16. Constantly ensuring basic safety on site is maintained

17. To always act in the best interest of the Company

18. Communicate clearly with supervisors, planners, safety officers, quantity surveyors, document controller and all team members on instructions and statement throughout the project

19. To report and inform of any variations on site alongside with relevant documentation and approval. Ensure all client request of additions and omission is reported to quantity surveyor/finance/management, obtaining client approval before proceeding and subsequently communicating changes to project team clearly

20. Assist Project Director in relevant projects and any other tasks which may be assigned by Management from time to time

21. To ensure all M&E works are carried out to suit the factuality & practicality of project and in line with ID works & design

22. To verity strictly all sub-contractors / vendors quotations / invoices for each project to ensure works carried out with the agreed rate and to substantiate measurements on site

23. To ensure all M&E components are tested before closing of walls or ceiling or flooring to ensure to no double work and no double cost later to rectify i.e. electrical conduits, plumbing pipes, air conditioning ducts, systems, ELV system etc

24. To understand and carry out all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and ELV works on each site and each project from time to time

25. To ensure minimal works defects post construction

26. To check physical works against approved single line during approved construction drawings etc

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
