Project Coordinator - Exhibition and Visitor Experience

Looking for a role where you can turn ideas into engaging campaigns and experiences? Join our team as a Project Coordinator and gain hands-on exposure across marketing, events, digital content and visitor engagement.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment, with opportunities to build experience across both project coordination and marketing/event operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the Senior Operations Manager on campaigns, promotions and visitor engagement activities.
• Coordinates preparation and distribution of marketing and communication materials.
• Supports social media, digital content, publicity and other communication activities where applicable.
• Maintains marketing schedules, content calendars, campaign trackers and related documentation.
• Coordinates with operations personnel to support on-site activations, events and promotional activities.
• Liaises with vendors and stakeholders on marketing logistics and administrative matters where required.
• Collects visitor feedback, engagement data and campaign information for reporting.
• Provides general administrative and coordination support to the management.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Senior Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience; exposure to events industry is at advantage.
• 1- 2 years project coordination experience.
• Strong communication skills (written &verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic analytics.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiar with social media, digital marketing tools and content creation platforms.
• Able to work on-site for event coverage, including weekends, public holiday and evenings when required.
