VACANCY: CERAMIC MECHANICAL SPECIALIST

MYFutureJobs Negeri Sembilan is recruiting on behalf of an established ceramic tile manufacturer based in Seremban.

Location: Senawang, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

Salary: RM7,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure ceramic grinding and edging machinery is maintained in good working condition.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.

• Handle machine commissioning, testing and performance monitoring.

• Plan and coordinate the production of machine parts.

• Train and guide technicians on machine operation and processing.

• Monitor grinding and edging quality in ceramic tile production.

• Analyse machine performance, identify bottlenecks and improve productivity.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams on process and quality improvements.

• Liaise with machinery suppliers and contractors on upgrades and performance improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

• Relevant mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience with ceramic grinding, polishing, cutting or edging machinery is strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and machine commissioning.

• Experience in ceramic or tile manufacturing will be a major advantage.

• Able to guide technicians and work closely with production and engineering teams.

• Willing to work permanently in Senawang, Seremban.
