URGENT HIRING — CALL CENTER (NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!)

Location: Menara K1, Jalan Klang Lama
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (10:00 AM to 18:00 PM)

: Saturday (10:00 AM to 16:00 PM)

Requirements:

• Malaysian only
• Good communication skills
• Able to start immediately (priority!)

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers based on leads provided by the Company.
• Introduce and explain the Company's products and services to customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Arrange and confirm customer appointments or consultations
• Record customer information, call outcomes, follow-up status and appointment details accurately.
• Maintain proper and updated customer records.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly call and appointment targets.
• Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in the Company's products or services.
• Ensure all customer interactions are conducted professionally and in accordance with Company procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 per month

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
