Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled post-production specialist who lives in the editing suite. This role is focused entirely on the craft of editing and motion transforming raw footage, assets, and creative briefs into polished, high-impact content. If you think in timelines, speak in keyframes, and obsess over the cut, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities
Edit raw video footage into compelling, platform-ready content for ads, social media, testimonials, and brand campaigns.
Design and animate motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, transitions, and visual overlays that elevate production value.
Collaborate with the creative team to execute storyboards and bring visual concepts to life in post-production.
Apply professional colour grading and correction to ensure visual consistency across all outputs.
Manage and organise media files, project folders, and asset libraries with a clean, scalable system.
Deliver fast-turnaround edits without compromising quality standards.
Receive and action feedback efficiently, iterating on cuts to meet creative direction.

Role Requirements

A portfolio demonstrating strong editing instincts. Pacing, rhythm, storytelling, and emotional impact.
Proficiency in motion graphics design with a clean, modern aesthetic.
Ability to work independently from brief to final export with minimal hand-holding.
High attention to detail in visual consistency, audio sync, and file delivery specs.
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.

Technical Competencies Core (Required)

Video Editing: Timeline fluency, multi-cam, and advanced cut techniques Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Capcut
Motion Graphics / VFX: Title animations, kinetic typography, overlays, and compositing Adobe After Effects
Colour Grading: LUT application, colour matching, skin tone correction DaVinci Resolve or equivalent

Supporting (Preferred)
Audio Editing: Basic mixing, noise reduction, music syncing (Premiere Pro)
Static Asset Tools: For importing and adapting graphic elements into motion Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
File Management: Organised media ingest, proxy workflows, and version control discipline

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
