Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in understanding property projects and available units.
• Communicate with potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Recommend suitable properties based on customers’ needs and preferences.
• Follow up with potential customers and arrange property/show unit visits.
• Assist with property marketing through online platforms and social media.
• Visit project sites when required to take photos and videos for marketing purposes.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support daily activities.
• Participate in company training and receive guidance from experienced team members.

Requirements:

• Students pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Property, Psychology or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, responsible and self-motivated.

Working Hours:
Tuesday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Monday: Off Day

Additional Information:
Full training and guidance will be provided. Candidates will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in property sales, customer communication and marketing.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
