Full Time Wok Chef Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,300 in Jibbynco Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Prepare and cook wok-based dishes according to restaurant standards
• Specialize in Thai and Asian cuisine cooking techniques
• Handle high-volume wok station efficiently during peak hours
• Ensure food quality, consistency, taste, and presentation are maintained
• Control wok heat and cooking speed to deliver dishes efficiently
• Prepare fried rice, noodles, stir-fry dishes, and other Asian specialties
• Monitor ingredient freshness and stock levels for daily kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations
• Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and served on time

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Wok Chef or Asian Cuisine Chef
• Strong skills in Thai and Asian wok cooking
• Ability to handle high-volume kitchen operations under pressure
• Good understanding of wok heat control and fast-paced cooking
• Experience preparing fried rice, noodles, stir-fry, and Thai dishes
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules
• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual
