Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in daily retail store operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Learn and manage key areas including sales, inventory, merchandising, product availability, and store standards.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, operational, and people-related targets.
• Develop people management skills through team coordination, coaching, engagement, and performance monitoring.
• Assist in maintaining company standards relating to cleanliness, food safety, safety, and operational procedures.
• Analyse store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Handle customer feedback and operational issues effectively.
• Participate in structured training, assessments, projects, and on-the-job development activities.
• Work closely with Store Managers, Retail Managers, and Area Managers to gain exposure to retail business management.
• Take on increasing responsibilities based on your performance, capability, and leadership readiness.
• Demonstrate leadership potential and readiness to progress into future management positions

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
