Full Time IT Application Project Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 8,000 in JOHN ETHANS INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

1. Role Overview

- ​Manage the day-to-day operations, service continuity, and project delivery of core shared service systems and payment gateways supporting 10+ public sector eServices.

- Coordinate vendors, cloud infrastructure, IT security, and compliance activities to maintain high availability and timely delivery.

​2. Key Responsibilities

- ​Operational Management & Service Continuity: Oversee production systems, manage incident/problem/change requests within SLAs, coordinate AWS/GCC cloud infrastructure matters, and prevent unplanned downtime.

- ​Vendor & Budget Management: Manage external vendors, track deliverables/SLAs, challenge technical proposals and cost estimates, and oversee operational budgets.

- ​Security & Compliance: Coordinate IT audits, manage remediation for vulnerability findings, and apply Singapore Public Sector ICT policies (IM8).

- ​Project Delivery: Lead cross-functional project teams through the full project lifecycle using Agile or Waterfall frameworks, managing schedules, risks, UAT, deployment, and executive status reporting.

​3. Key Requirements

- ​​Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management or Application Operations experience.

- ​Public sector background required: Hands-on experience working on Singapore Government/public sector IT projects and familiarity with IM8 and government security controls.

- ​Production Operations: Proven track record managing mission-critical, internet-facing systems with high availability requirements.

- ​Cloud Infrastructure: Experience managing AWS and Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) environments.

- Integrations: Direct experience with identity/authentication systems (Singpass, Corppass, Active Directory) and electronic payment gateways (GIRO, PayNow, Stripe, DBS, or equivalent).

- Audits & Compliance: Experience handling IT/security audits and driving vulnerability remediation.

- ​​Preferred Certifications: PMP, CITPM, or equivalent.
