Full Time Sales- Outlet Manager (Nail Industry) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 8,000 in NAILZ HAUS PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We’re looking for a Sales/ Outlet Manager to join us at Nailz Haus and help us drive sales growth, lead high-performing teams, and deliver excellent customer experiences within the beauty industry.

If you love sales leadership, customer engagement, and achieving targets in a fast-paced beauty environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and business development plans to increase revenue and customer retention.

3. Train, coach, and motivate outlet staff while ensuring excellent customer service standards and smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3–5 years of sales management experience in the beauty, aesthetic, wellness, or skincare industry.

2. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills with a proven sales track record.

3. Able to commit to retail working hours ie 11am - 8pm.
