• Manage and maintain employee records, files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and PDPA requirements
• Onboarding & Offboarding
• Coordinate with appointed work pass vendor, on all work pass‑related matters.
• HR Systems & Data Management
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, wellness programmes, recognition activities, and company events
