At Aerina, we’re developing autonomous systems for palm oil harvesting, with the goal of improving harvesting efficiency and reducing labor dependency.

As we continue developing our technology, we’re looking for a Plantation Operations Advisor with hands-on industry expertise to help us better understand plantation operations and the realities of harvesting in the field.

What you will be working on:

• Process Analysis: Help us understand current harvesting practices, operational challenges, and field requirements
• Expert Insights: Share your experience and feedback to help us focus on what matters most in real plantation conditions
• Product Development: Collaborate with our team to turn plantation expertise into practical requirements for our autonomous harvesting systems

What skills are important for us:

• You have a strong understanding of harvesting processes and day-to-day plantation operations
• You can clearly explain operational challenges and share practical insights.
• You are interested in new technologies such as robotics, AI, and automation, and comfortable working with a technology team.
• You can communicate fluently in English

Experience in agricultural technology is a plus
