Executive, Office Asset
Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor
Salary: RM2,500 per month (Negotiable)

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organised Executive, Office Asset to support office asset management, facilities coordination and day-to-day office administration. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations and timely delivery of workplace-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain records of office assets, equipment, furniture and inventory.
- Coordinate office asset administration, storage facilities and related documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, suppliers and service providers for office-related requirements.
- Coordinate office space planning, seating arrangements, workstation allocation and internal office movements.
- Handle requests related to workplace setup, office relocation, room allocation and storage requirements.
- Assist in coordinating office renovation, refurbishment, relocation and improvement works.
- Assist in preparing work schedules, coordination plans, layout proposals and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, site activities, delivery timelines and completion status.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure work is completed according to agreed timelines and requirements.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, documentation and asset-related information.
- Ensure office administration and facilities activities are carried out according to company SOPs and procedures.
- Support other office administration and facilities-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Building/Property Management, Project Management, Interior Design or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in office administration, facilities management, asset management, property management or related fields.
- Experience in coordinating with vendors, contractors or service providers is an added advantage.
- Experience in office relocation, renovation, refurbishment, space planning or asset management will be an advantage.
- Good organisational, communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Responsible, proactive, adaptable and able to work with different stakeholders.
