Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an IT Support Administrator to support our day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to end users, and assist in maintaining and improving our IT systems and processes.

  • Manage, troubleshoot and maintain IT infrastructure, hardwares and laptops for day to day operations.
  • Support Microsoft 365 endpoint administration, including user accounts, access rights, software licenses, and subscriptions and security settings.
  • Provide L1 technical support for ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and coordinate with vendors on system support, enhancements and maintenance.
  • Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes including user account creation and removal, system setup, and IT asset deployment.
  • Liaise with third-party IT vendors and service providers for IT related matters/renewals.
  • Mange and maintain IT asset inventory and records.
  • Work with internal departments to understand IT requirements and support the implementation of system improvements, and process enhancements.
  • Support and maintain Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and Excel reports to improve business process automation and reporting accuracy.
  • Assist with IT security, data protection, backup, and other IT-related administrative matters as required.

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, and software and end user support.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration including user accounts, access rights, licenses, and subscriptions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple IT issues.
  • Experience supporting ERP system, particularly in Dynamics 365 will be preferred.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, and Excel for workflow automation, reporting, and data analysis will be an added advantage.
  • Organised, responsible and proactive in resolving IT issues and supporting process improvements.
