Sales Manager

About the role
Our client is a growing business looking for a Sales Manager to help take their sales to the next level. You'll be out finding new customers, building relationships that last, and closing deals. It's a full-time role in a busy, close-knit team.

What you'll do

• Hunt down new leads through different channels
• Get to know your customers and recommend solutions that suit them
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, keeping the customer experience smooth
• Keep your pipeline and sales activity up to date in the CRM
• Keep learning about the products and sharpening your sales skills
• Coach and motivate your team

What you'll bring

• At least 1 year in sales, ideally in lighting and/or interior design
• Great communication skills and an easy way with people
• A record of hitting or beating your targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Comfort with CRM tools and sales data
• Experience leading a team
• Someone who can work independently but is just as happy working with others
