WORD OF MOUTH COMMUNICATIONS SDN BHD, a boutique PR and Social Media Consultancy, specializing in fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle industries, is currently looking for suitable, dynamic candidates, with varying experience, to join the MY team!

Job Responsibilities:

· Excel in writing - press releases, media advisories, speeches as well as any other necessary documents and reports

· Execute day-to-day campaign activities to ensure client's deadlines, targets and deliverables are met

· Build and maintain strong client and media relationships

· Proactive media pitching

· Proposal research, preparation, presentation

· Social media campaign conceptualisation, execution, management and analysis

· Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.

· Conceptualise, write, and oversee the production of high-quality social content.

· Manage influencer and creator collaborations from sourcing to negotiation and post-analysis.

· Stay updated on new platform features, trending formats, algorithm changes, and industry benchmarks.

· Media monitoring and reporting

· Maintain accurate records & documentation pertaining to account/client’s projects

· Assist with any logistical or event conceptualisation and management support

· Provide administrative support for accounts under your care

Job Pre-Requisites:

· Fresh graduates with mass communications/marketing degree or candidates with at least two to three years of relevant working experience in PR, Social Media, (Digital) Marketing or Journalism will be considered for the Junior Executive and Executive roles respectively.

· Candidates with four years and above of relevant working experience in PR, Social Media, (Digital) Marketing or Journalism will be considered for the Senior Executive or Manager roles.

· Pleasant disposition with good communication skills

· Positive attitude with willingness to learn

· Exceptional organisational and time management skills

· Work well under pressure and deadlines

· Have a flair for writing and a keen eye for details

· Able to think out-of-the-box to initiate fresh ideas/creative

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
