3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar project role.

• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.

• Experience preparing BRD, FRD or functional specifications.

• Strong business process mapping and documentation skills.

• Experience conducting gap analysis.

• Experience supporting UAT and testing activities.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Ability to work effectively between business and technology teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

• Banking or financial services project experience.

• Experience with digital banking or banking transformation projects.

• Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project experience.

• Jira, Confluence, Visio or similar project/process tools.

• SQL or basic technical understanding.
