Full Time Service Coordinator Jobs, in Jungheinrich Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

The Service Coordinator is responsible for dispatching the service technicians and service engineers and planning their capacities to ensure that customers breakdown repairs & servicing requests are completed in an efficient, cost-effective manner. The Service Coordinator is the customer’s first point of contact and is responsible to ensure we fulfil the response time needed.

Core tasks:

• Answering customer call for service request
• Creating service notification and management of assigned field service technicians
• Deployment control / planning of service technicians daily
• Appointment booking with customers and order planning by scheduling technicians for maintenance, repairs and so on according to priorities and knowledge level
• Maintain overview of technicians resources, e.g: location, status of service job
• Update the customer timely on the job status
• Ensure breakdown repairs are resolved timely by working closely with Service Technicians and Service Managers
• Prepare quotations linked to service reports and submit to customer
• Prepare spare parts order linked to the service report
• Prepare standard quotations

Additional Task

• Assist with other office related duties
• Coordination of work passes required for service technicians to enter the job sites if any
