Job Description

The Hair Theory KL is expanding, and we are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our growing salon team.

We welcome both experienced hairstylists and beginners who are eager to learn and develop their skills in the professional hair and beauty industry.

Positions Available

1. Senior Hairstylist
Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,000 per month

2. Junior Hairstylist

Salary: RM2,500 – RM4,000 per month

3. Salon Assistant
Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000 per month

Requirements

• Passionate about hair styling and the beauty industry
• Friendly, professional and customer-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work as part of a team
• Willing to learn and improve
• Senior Hairstylist applicants should have relevant salon experience
• Fresh graduates and beginners are welcome to apply
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services according to customer needs
• Assist with hair washing, treatments, styling and other salon services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Follow salon procedures and hygiene standards
• Work collaboratively with other salon team members
