Responsibilities
Own and deliver monthly qualified leads at target CPL through Meta, Google and digital channels. Responsible for both lead quantity and cost efficiency.
Scope of Work
Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
Base salary $8,000 - $12,000 + bonus for:

With our specialised treatments, such as our signature Stemcell Renewal Facial, we work not only on your surface concerns but also on any underlying issues to ensure visible, long-lasting results.
Scope of Work
Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
- Plan and run Facebook / Instagram lead campaigns
- Generate consistent monthly enquiry volume
- Improve lead quality, not just quantity
- Reduce CPL
- Improve ROAS / CAC efficiency
- Manage and optimise ad budgets daily
- Launch new campaigns, creatives, offers, landing pages
- A/B test audiences, hooks, creatives, copy
- Daily / weekly reporting:
- Leads
- CPL
- Spend
- Conversion rate
- Show-up rate
- Sales ROI
- Work with sales team to improve lead follow-up speed
- Improve booking rate / trial attendance
- Every month leads delivered
- CPL controlled
- Fast reaction when results drop
- Constant testing and improvement
- No excuses, data-driven decisions
- Think like owner, not employee
- Strong Meta Ads hands-on experience
