Salesforce Developer



Client is looking for a Software Engineer that is logical, Independent, can engage stakeholders, strong in Sales/Service Cloud
Experience and Skills Needed
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer / Electronics Engineering,
    Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in application development, solution design, or implementation, with
    a strong focus on low-code / no-code platforms and Salesforce.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Lead
    Management, Opportunity Management, Account and Contact Management, sales
    processes, forecasting, workflows, automation, and related sales capabilities.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case
    Management, Service Management, customer service processes, workflows,
    automation, and service-related configurations.
  • Experience designing and implementing solutions across Sales Cloud and Service
    Cloud to support end-to-end customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong experience configuring and customizing Salesforce using Flow, Apex, Platform
    APIs, and declarative platform capabilities.
  • Strong ability to analyze requirements, identify underlying business needs, and
    translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders confidently, facilitate requirements
    discussions, ask relevant questions, and clarify ambiguous requirements.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to break down complex problems
    into manageable components and develop structured solutions.
  • Demonstrated independent thinking and decision-making, with the ability to evaluate
    alternatives and propose solutions without relying solely on predefined approaches.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical
    concepts, solution designs, and recommendations clearly to business and technical
    audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members, actively contribute to technical
    discussions, and incorporate feedback into solution designs.
  • Salesforce certification(s), such as Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant,
    Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, or equivalent, is required or strongly
    preferred.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs,
    Platform APIs, or middleware platforms is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and
    automated deployments.
  • Familiarity with Git and version-control best practices.
  • Experience working in agile teams using methodologies and practices such as Scrum,
    TDD, Pair Programming, and Continuous Integration.
  • Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as
    database technologies such as SQL / NoSQL.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, integration concepts, and enterprise
    application architecture.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional
    teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail, quality, and structured problem-solving.


Desirable Skills
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications, particularly in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Advanced hands-on experience across:
    • Salesforce Sales Cloud
    • Salesforce Service Cloud
    • Lead, Opportunity, Account, and Contact Management
    • Case Management and Service Management
    • Salesforce Flow and automation
    • Apex and Platform APIs
    • Salesforce integrations and enterprise APIs
    • Customer lifecycle management
  • Experience conducting requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, solution
    presentations, and design discussions.
  • Experience producing functional specifications, solution designs, process flows, and
    technical documentation.
