• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. 
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing or a related role. 
• Good understanding of social media, content marketing and brand development. 
• Creative, proactive and able to generate fresh marketing ideas. 
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills. 
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms. 
• Experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Executive to join our team and help grow our beauty brands. You will play an important role in supporting brand management, marketing campaigns, social media activities and promotional initiatives, while keeping up with the latest beauty and consumer trends to strengthen our brand presence in the market. 

Job Description

• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to build brand awareness and strengthen market presence. 
• Support brand campaigns, product launches, promotions and other marketing activities. 
• Manage and coordinate social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. 
• Monitor beauty, skincare and consumer trends, as well as competitor activities, to identify new marketing opportunities. 
• Coordinate with internal teams, creative agencies, influencers, KOLs and external partners to execute marketing initiatives. 
• Assist in developing marketing content, promotional materials and campaigns while ensuring consistency with the brand identity. 
• Track and analyse campaign performance and prepare reports to measure marketing effectiveness. 
• Support brand-building initiatives and activities to increase customer engagement and visibility. 
• Assist with other marketing projects and duties as assigned.
