Full Time Building Maintenance - Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,600 in BROADMINDZ PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

- To attend to daily complaints by carrying out inspections at the shortest possible time and to discuss with the superiors on the course of action.

- To carry out regular checks on the M & E facilities, common areas, cleaning refuse disposal, security system, landscape and other related services.

- To monitor, check condition of lifts (if any) and to record on all breakdowns, change of spare parts and vandalism.

- To attend to all effects in relation to the physical elements of the building such as paintings, burst pipes, cement rendering, blockages, roof leaks, and other related minor works.

- To attend to all electrical and plumbing works in the building.

- To prepare periodic reporting of the functionality of the entire M&E and sanitary system of the building.

Requirements:

- Degree / Diploma / SPM or equivalent in property, electrical /architecture or related discipline

- At least 1 years related working experience in electrical / plumbing / welding and fabrication work

- Language: Bahasa Malaysia and English

- Experience and knowledge in building & common property will be an added advantage

- Self motivated, able to work independently / team, positive and proactive

- Posses own transport and willing to travel

- Willing to work extra hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM2,600.00 per month
