Requirements
- Qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
- At least 3–4 years of relevant design experience, preferably within an advertising, creative or social media agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, digital creatives and brand-related work.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong eye for visual details, composition and overall aesthetics.
- Able to provide direction and feedback to junior designers.
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media content and current creative trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of graphic content, campaign visuals and marketing collaterals across social media platforms.
- Manage design projects from concept development through to final delivery.
- Review junior designers’ work and provide guidance to maintain overall design quality.
- Develop strong creative concepts that align with different client objectives and brand directions.
- Ensure consistency across client branding and visual communication.
- Work closely with strategy and content teams to translate campaign ideas into effective visual executions.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Stay updated with current design, advertising and social media trends
