Associate Director/Director - Strategic Procurement (Medical Industry)

Are you a strategic procurement leader passionate about driving impact across Medical industry. We are seeking an Associate Director/Director, Strategic Procurement to lead sourcing, supplier management, contract governance, and procurement transformation across Medical Device and Pharmacy industry. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for delivering sustainable value, strengthening supply resilience, and driving best-in-class procurement practices across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category procurement strategies aligned with goals.
• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, contract management, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Drive cost optimization, procurement productivity, and continuous improvement across the source-to-pay process.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and operational leaders to deliver optimal procurement outcomes.
• Build and develop a high-performing procurement team while advancing procurement capabilities and governance.

About You

• 15+ years of strategic procurement experience, ideally within healthcare, medical device, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or large matrix organizations.
• Proven track record in category management, supplier negotiations, transformation, and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and experience driving complex procurement programs.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
