Internship Opportunity with Talent Management

SPH Media Talent Management team oversees internships, scholarship and talent development to support healthy talent recruitment pipeline, career development for SPHM employees and build a healthy talent and succession pipeline to support organisation growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically-minded undergraduate intern to join our team. This internship role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of building our future workforce. You will gain hands-on experience in the holistic talent pipeline process, from attracting top-tier candidates through internships and scholarships to analyzing and improving our programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Intern Recruitment: Manage candidate pipelines for our intern cohorts, from screening and assessment to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for applicants and hiring managers.
• Scholarship Selection Support: Assist with the end-to-end selection process for scholarship candidates, coordinating assessment logistics, candidate communication, and panel evaluation materials.
• Targeted Outreach & Engagement: Coordinate campus outreach events, career fairs, and engagement campaigns to promote our scholarship, media associate programme and internship offerings to undergraduate talent.
• Pipeline Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key program metrics—such as application sources, selection conversion rates, and participant feedback—to highlight operational trends and recommend targeted improvements.
• Program Evaluation & Project Support: Support research and data gathering to evaluate the impact of our initiatives, alongside managing key administrative tasks for broader team projects.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present findings clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to manage multiple tasks and processes.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a genuine interest to learn and contribute
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
