Responsibilities

Product & Prototyping

• Develop simple web or CLI prototypes to demonstrate features for internal stakeholders or clients.
• Turn requirements into small, testable modules that others can run and review locally.
• Document prototype setup and usage so non-technical colleagues can try features quickly.
• Iterate on feedback to move demos toward pilot-ready tools.

Data & Models

• Prepare and clean datasets for experiments, ensuring inputs are reliable and reproducible.
• Train or fine-tune basic machine learning models for tasks like content tagging or engagement prediction.
• Visualise results and produce concise summaries that explain model behaviour to the team.
• Monitor simple model performance metrics and log changes between runs.

Collaboration & Operations

• Work closely with designers, content creators, and account leads to align technical work with campaign goals.
• Use Git for version control and follow basic branching and merge practices.
• Help maintain lightweight documentation, task trackers, and test notes so projects stay organised.
• Participate in demo days and present your work in short, clear sessions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0 years of professional experience expected, but demonstrated class projects or personal projects are essential.
• Available for a structured internship period and able to commit to agreed hours and deliverables.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with programming in Python and basic libraries for data work such as pandas or NumPy.
• Understanding of core AI concepts and machine learning workflows, including training and evaluation basics.
• Comfort with version control using Git and basic command line tools.
• Experience with simple data storage or query tools such as CSV, JSON, or SQL is preferred.
