About The Role

The person reports to both Academic Programme Director for MSSD and Academic Programme Director for MTD (Cybersecurity), and is part of the ISTD admin team. He/she must manage programme operations, admissions, academic coordination, budgeting, marketing, outreach, and student progression while supporting faculty, accreditation, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for the following programme:

Master of Science in Security by Design (MSSD)

What You Will Do

• Manage day-to-day programme operations, administration, and academic coordination to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of the programme.
• Oversee admissions, outreach, student onboarding, and stakeholder coordination with industry partners, scholarship bodies, certification bodies, and government agencies.
• Administer master’s theses, internships, course scheduling, laboratory logistics, TA assignments, and student progression matters.
• Manage programme budgets, financial reporting, operational planning, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Collaborate with faculty and internal departments on curriculum development, accreditation, research initiatives, and strategic academic programmes.
• Prepare reports, analyse operational data, and supported key institutional initiatives led by the Head of Pillar.

Who We Are Looking For

• Recognised Degree in Education or Cybersecurity, or related discipline, with minimum six to eight years of related working experience
• Master’s degree preferred, particularly in higher education administration, management, or a related field.
• Strong programme and operations management skills.
• Experience in academic administration and student management.
• Budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent organisational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, industry partners, and government agencies
