Senior Delivery Manager – Patch Management

Location: Singapore | 1 Year Contract

We’re looking for a delivery leader to take ownership of a Patch-as-a-Service practice. This role calls for someone who can run a reliable service today while improving how patching is planned, deployed and measured.

You’ll be the main point of contact for service issues, working across customers, vendors and technical teams to resolve incidents, manage risks and meet agreed service levels. You’ll also lead process improvements, guide automation efforts and coach the team to deliver consistently.

Your responsibilities

• Own day-to-day patch service delivery, including health checks, monitoring, incident resolution and customer queries.
• Review patching processes, resources and environments to identify gaps and deployment risks.
• Improve patching effectiveness, cost efficiency and service performance.
• Work with stakeholders to introduce automation and strengthen operational procedures.
• Report service status, risks and improvement actions to customers and leadership.
• Manage vendor and technical team coordination, and support pre-sales discussions.
• Lead, coach and develop the delivery team.

What you’ll bring

• At least 8 years of IT project management experience, with the ability to lead service delivery across multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management and process improvement methods.
• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong written and spoken English.
