Full Time HR Officer (Recruitment, Public Agency) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,700 in SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a HR Officer to assist with end-to-end recruitment activities and administration of internal employee awards.

• Up to $3,500 per month
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Central Area
• 3 months in the first instance, renewable for another 9 months

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end hiring processes, including liaising with hiring divisions and recruitment agencies while tracking hiring requests.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring required documentation and processes are completed promptly.
• Monitor casual officer contract expiry dates and verify monthly billing reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, application shortlisting, interview arrangements, written tests and candidate follow-ups for required documents.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for internal awards and other assigned projects, including preparing emailers.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition and Stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Meticulous individual with high attention to detail.
