They are currently seeking a talented professional to join their Group Human Resources team.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Compensation and Rewards to join the Group Human Resources division. Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, this role is pivotal in coordinating, administering, and continuously improving Group-wide Compensation & Rewards programmes, policies, and frameworks.

The primary objective is to promote fair, competitive, and performance-driven reward practices across all subsidiaries within the Group. You will provide essential compensation analysis, governance, advisory support, and reporting to ensure consistent implementation of reward strategies that support organisational growth and business objectives.

Job Description

Compensation & Rewards Administration

  • Coordinate, monitor, and support the implementation of Group Compensation & Rewards initiatives across all subsidiaries to ensure consistency, governance, and compliance with approved policies.
  • Provide advisory support to subsidiary HR teams and business leaders on compensation policies, job grading, salary positioning, and reward practices.
  • Maintain strict governance and confidentiality of employee compensation information.

Annual Reward Cycle

  • Coordinate the annual salary increment, bonus, promotion, and reward review exercises.
  • Prepare compensation proposals, costing analysis, and management reports.
  • Analyse salary recommendations to ensure alignment with approved guidelines, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
  • Support Management review and approval processes.

Compensation Framework & Market Benchmarking

  • Support the review and maintenance of salary structures, salary ranges, and reward frameworks.
  • Participate in external salary surveys and market benchmarking exercises.
  • Analyse market data and provide insights to support compensation decisions.
  • Monitor compensation trends and recommend improvement opportunities.

Job Evaluation & Job Architecture

  • Conduct job analysis and evaluation exercises to support appropriate job grading and salary positioning.
  • Review job descriptions and ensure alignment with job levels and organisational structure.
  • Maintain accurate records of job grades and compensation information.
  • Support continuous improvement of the Group job architecture.

Performance & Reward Alignment

  • Support the Group Performance Management process and reward calibration.
  • Analyse performance outcomes to support merit increase, bonus, and promotion decisions.
  • Assist in calibration exercises to ensure consistency and fairness in reward decisions.
  • Prepare performance and reward analytics reports.

Compensation Analytics & Management Reporting

  • Prepare Group-level compensation reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
  • Analyse employee cost, salary movement, pay distribution, and reward trends.
  • Provide accurate data insights to support strategic HR decision-making.
  • Maintain compensation databases and ensure data integrity.

Policy Review & Continuous Improvement

  • Assist in reviewing Compensation & Rewards policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ensure practices are aligned with business requirements, governance standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes and employee experience.
  • Support communication of reward initiatives across the Group.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Rewards, HR Analytics, or HR Operations, preferably in a Group or multi-entity environment.
  • HR professional certification is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, Excel, and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • High integrity and confidentiality.
