Requirements
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree / LCCI in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Preferably 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience in the forwarding or logistics industry would be an advantage.
- Proficient in accounting software.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good attention to detail and understanding of financial regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle billing operations including invoice generation, payment processing and follow-ups.
- Prepare regular financial reports and support management reporting.
- Assist with budget preparation, expense management and monitoring of budget performance.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audit activities and address audit-related matters.
- Work closely with other departments to support smooth financial operations.
