Key responsibilities

• Complete 1 month of skills training in certified highly demanded skills with Salary

• Participate in approximately 3 months of On-the-Job Training (OJT) with Salary

• Work in industries including Manufacturing, Automotive, Automation & Semiconductor

• Develop technical and employability skills through industry-relevant training

About you

• Fresh graduate or job seeker

• Passionate and motivated

Benefits

• Diploma qualification: Monthly salary RM2,000 + EPF, SOCSO, Insurance & EIS

• Degree qualification: Monthly salary RM2,500 + EPF, SOCSO, Insurance & EIS

• Certification in highly demanded skills

• Semiconductor - Electronic Components & Validation (IC Design]

• Mechanical - Industrial Automation (PLC) 

• Job placement after completion of training and certification

• Accommodation and transport provided during 1 month training at Technology Park, Bukit Jalil

• Training Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm or 9am - 6pm

Program Objective

PERSOL delivers youth employability programs through various training providers and industry partners across Malaysia, helping unemployed and youths gain the skills, industry exposure, and work experience needed to secure permanent employment.
