Full Time Photographer cum Sales Associate Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,600 in The Precious Seed Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Take professional, attractive, and high-quality photos of customers and families during their visit.
• Approach customers and promote photography services, packages, and products.
• Assist customers in selecting their preferred photos, prints, and frame designs.
• Recommend and upsell photo packages, printed photos, photo frames, and other related products.
• Handle photo printing, preparation, framing, and collection.
• Achieve daily and monthly photography sales and upselling targets.
• Provide friendly, engaging, and professional customer service.
• Set up and maintain the photography area, props, backdrops, and displays.
• Support sales and marketing events, including photography and videography when required.
• Take photos and videos for promotional campaigns, events, social media, and marketing content.
• Assist the Marketing team with event setup, content creation, and promotional activities.
• Maintain and properly handle photography equipment and accessories.
• Keep the photography and sales area clean, organised, and presentable.
• Assist with general sales and retail operations when required.
• Perform other photography, sales, marketing, event-related, and ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Photography, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
• Experience in photography, retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of photography, camera handling, composition, and basic lighting.
• Basic photo editing skills using Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
• Creative, presentable, and able to capture attractive photos.
• Confident in approaching customers and promoting photography packages and products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Sales-driven and comfortable working with sales and upselling targets.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and during events when required.
• Basic videography and social media content creation skills are an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with strong photography skills are encouraged to apply.
• For animal-related locations, candidates must be comfortable working around and interacting with animals.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
