Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Community Operations to support the planning, coordination, and execution of community health programmes and population health initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth event operations, managing data and administrative processes, supporting procurement and asset management, and contributing towards departmental KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Community Health Programme & Event Operations

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of community health screening and outreach events.
  • Ensure smooth event operations and timely delivery of screening reports.
  • Monitor event participation rates and work closely with engagement teams to optimize outreach efforts.


Operations & Process Management

  • Support the development, review, and maintenance of departmental SOPs and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow processes.


Procurement & Asset Management

  • Coordinate procurement activities in accordance with NUHS procurement guidelines.
  • Monitor budget utilization and maintain procurement records.
  • Ensure proper tracking and management of departmental assets and inventory.
  • Support periodic audits to ensure asset accountability and compliance.


Data Management & Analytics

  • Maintain accurate records and databases for operational and programme activities.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to support performance monitoring and decision-making.


Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments, community partners, and operational teams to support programme implementation.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in departmental improvement projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience in healthcare, programme management, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
