Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Seri Kembangan. The Content Creator will develop engaging written, visual, and multimedia content that highlights Vetrilabz products, brand values, and pet wellness education. Day-to-day tasks include planning content calendars, producing social media posts, writing product descriptions and blog articles, creating basic graphics or short videos, and adapting content for different platforms. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure accurate, brand-aligned messaging, monitoring campaign performance, and refining content based on analytics and feedback. The Content Creator is expected to stay informed about pet health trends and contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong content creation abilities, including copywriting, basic visual design, and storytelling for digital platforms.
• Experience managing social media channels, content calendars, and online communities for brands or products.
• Ability to research pet wellness topics and translate technical information into accessible, engaging content.
• Comfort using common digital tools such as social media management platforms, basic photo/video editing software, and office productivity tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in pet health, nutrition, or the broader pet care industry; prior experience in related fields is a plus.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Journalism, or a related discipline is preferred.
