Job Responsibilities
Provide
L1/L2 desktop and technical support
to end users.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot
Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Perform
Windows OS installation, configuration, patching, and updates
.
Support
Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications
.
Manage user accounts, password resets, and basic
Active Directory
tasks.
Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
Assist with IT asset inventory and desktop hardware management.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team.
Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and IT assets.
️ Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in
Desktop Support / IT Support / Technical Support
.
Good knowledge of
Windows 10/11
troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of
Active Directory and Microsoft 365
.
Basic understanding of
LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
.
Experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of an IT support team.
Education
Diploma or Degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
, or a related discipline.
Preferred
IT support certifications such as
CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL
are an advantage.
Experience with
ticketing/helpdesk systems
is preferred.
