Full Time MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,999 in Syarikat Low Kim Chuan Dan Anak-Anak Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Maintenance Executive to oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

A. Workshop & Maintenance Management

• Supervise daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance for all company vehicles
• Ensure all repair and servicing work is completed efficiently and on time
• Minimize vehicle downtime and breakdown occurrences
• Daily report on all fleet conditions

B. Team Supervision

• Lead and supervise mechanics, tyreman, washers, and maintenance admin
• Assign daily jobs and monitor work progress
• Provide guidance, training, and performance monitoring for team members
• Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity of staff

C. Fleet Maintenance & Compliance

• Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and safe for operation
• Oversee pre-inspection of vehicles before PUSPAKOM inspection
• Ensure timely renewal of road tax and compliance documents
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards

D. Cost Control & Efficiency

• Monitor maintenance costs and control expenses
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Reduce breakdown frequency and improve operational efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:-

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance, Automotive or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in vehicle/fleet maintenance, preferably in a logistics industry.

Good knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair.

Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Able to lead and supervise maintenance technicians.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Willing to work overtime, weekends or shifts when required.

Knowledge of safety requirements and maintenance procedures will be an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,999.00 per month
