Roles & Responsibilities

1. Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards and recipes.

2. Ensure food presentation and quality meet company expectations.

3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and cooking equipment.

4. Assist in food preparation, portioning, and storage.

5. Monitor food inventory and notify supervisor for replenishment.

6. Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

7. Work with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

1. Singaporean / PR only.

2. At least 1–2 years of cooking experience in a restaurant / café environment preferred.

3. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Team player with initiative and responsibility.

6. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
