Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities for assigned vessels.
Process and review portage bill and crew-related accounting transactions.
Prepare funding requests for vessel owners and follow up on incoming funds.
Compile complete vessel accounting reports together with the relevant supporting documents.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure reports are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
Review vessel reports, identify discrepancies and respond to queries raised by vessel owners.
Assist with the reconciliation of intercompany and vessel-related balances.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
