Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic finance team in Kepong. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with a degree in accounting or a related field to kickstart their professional careers with hands-on experience and great mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP & AR): Assist in managing daily vendor invoices, billing, and tracking customer payments.
• Data Entry & Key In: Accurately key in daily financial transactions and ledger entries into the accounting system.
• Filing & Documentation: Maintain a systematic and organized system for physical and digital filing of invoices, receipts, and financial statements.
• General Support: Assist the finance team with basic bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and routine administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply! (Previous internships or practical accounting experience will be an added advantage).
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, organized, meticulous, and possess a strong numerical aptitude.
• Location: Must be comfortable working on-site in Kepong.
